Our team of specialised nurses who deliver dementia care are provided with initial and ongoing training to ensure they have all of the skills and knowledge to cater for a variety of dementia needs. Whether you are in the early stages of dementia or are further along in your journey, you can rest assured that our team will provide you with the luxury care you deserve.

At Darcy House Care Home, we offer an entertainment programme that is accessible to everyone and includes both individual and group activities or therapies. Examples of daily activities could include reminiscence activities, sensory activities, arts and crafts sessions, music therapy and other engaging sessions. These activities and therapies are purposefully planned to improve the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of all our residents with dementia.

At Darcy House Care Home, we require a 28-day notice period for residents receiving any of our long-term care types and are looking to move out. Our compassionate team are on hand around the clock to support you with your moving transition and answer any further questions you have.
