Join Us For Our Upcoming Events!

With us opening our doors and inviting residents into our home a couple of months ago, our residents and team are loving getting out into the local community and forming new relationships. We are thrilled to be able to announce our first two in-house events since opening the home, in aid of raising money for Make-A-Wish.

Our first event is our Community Bake Sale, being held on Friday 11th October 2024 from 11 am-2 pm. Members of the local community are welcome to join us at our cafe and we will be offering a variety of treats including mouthwatering cakes and home bakes as well as hot and cold refreshments. There will be something for everyone, so come along, indulge your sweet tooth, and take home some homemade goodies!

Our second event will be the Darcy Dog Show, on Saturday 19th October from 2 pm-4 pm. This will be held in our beautiful private gardens and all local dog owners are welcome to join us for our inaugural dog show! Categories will include Waggiest Tail, Prettiest Pooch, Best Behaved and Best in Show with a timed agility course available from 3 pm too. Entry is £5 and will include refreshments, prizes and homemade treats for both dog and owner!

Both of these events offer a great opportunity for everyone to come together, enjoy some fun activities, and make a difference in the lives of children facing serious illnesses.
